A series of bitesize training sessions in “Modern Etiquette”, aimed at staff whose mother tongue is not English, and who may find it challenging to use appropriate vocabulary, especially in certain situations.
The objective of these trainings is to dramatically improve the way your staff engages, connects and relates to other staff members and your customers.
